Cancellation Policy
We are honored to walk with you on your journey. Please take a moment to review the following booking policies to ensure clarity: 💎Booking Window All services must be scheduled at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance of your desired session time. This allows time for prayerful preparation and intentional planning for your session or group experience. 💎 Refund Policy All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for coaching sessions, group programs, or digital products once purchased. 💎Credit & Exchange Policy If you're unable to attend a scheduled session, you may request to reschedule, apply the payment as a service credit, or exchange it for another service of equal or greater value (with payment of the difference, if applicable). To initiate an exchange or apply your credit, please reach out at octaviam@gemstonecc.com no later than 24 hours before your session.
